This city of Luzern (Lucerne in French) and the surrounding area is one of my top destinations in Switzerland. In this section I will just cover a few of the hikes around the lake itself stretching from Luzern to Stoos. There's plenty of hikes in this area that I haven't done, but regardless of what path you find yourself on you're guaranteed to be treated to idyllic lake and pasture views and a couples of moos.
